BEHIND THE LENS
My interest in photography started during my first job as a technician for the Auckland Medical School, where I made chemicals and learnt how to use a dark room. This interest expanded to my own home dark room where I processed all my photography work. Like many women, I wore multiple hats: I taught secondary school art, ran photography night classes, and did weddings over the weekends. I have run my own business full time since 2003, but have always kept time for other creative projects. I have participated in many exhibitions, including four solo ones. I have also published a book about my local community of Bethells.
THE PROCESS FOR WEDDINGS
I work with a second professional photographer who uses different lenses and angles, which brings a rich variety to our wedding work. This is included in the wedding package.
Several weeks after the wedding, you will receive a box of approximately 300 prints that have been edited and worked on. You will also get a gold archival disk with the high resolution images plus a slide show.
